Sohum Udhyog Upwas Bhajni
How to use
- Mix 500gm of Upwas Bhajani, 2 grated potatoes, 1/2 katori crushed peanuts, coriander leaves in water to make a dough.
- Divide the dough in 5 to 6 parts.
- Apply some ghee on a pan & roll out one part at a time with hands.
- Make both sides golden brown & serve hot with ghee or dahi.
