| 1. | Delivery Service provider will leave a Card with Instructions on it from where you find your parcel |
| 2. | Can Be Delivered at your Neighbour's place. OR |
| 3. | Closest Packet Centre |
| 4. | We request you to take Valid id with same address as delivery address to pick up from Packet shop. The Packet should be pickup in 5 days. |
| 5. | If you fail to pick up your packet/ parcel and it will be returned to us then the following amount will be deducted from your refund |

| 6. | To resend the Return Packet : Delivery charge 5.80€ and Return Charges (refer point 5 Location based charges) need to be paid before dispatch of the Order. Updated Invoice will be shared to the customer. |

| 1. | Please note from time to time product packaging is modified with the resulting changes not immediately updated in the online product photo. The product attributes such as size, quantity, form and/or origin will always be consistent with the online photo and description. |
| 2. | We process, pack and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. If there is a problem with your order, someone from our customer service team will contact you immediately. |
| 7. | Out of stock or back Ordered items |
| 1. | It is possible that your order may have items that are currently out of stock, in such cases it is our policy to ship out comparable alternatives. We may notify you regarding such changes via e-mail or call you in reference to them. |
| 2. | If you do not want any substitutes, kindly leave a note to that effect in your order instructions or once you receive our message you have 24 hours to let us know that the changes are not to your likings. If alternatives are not suitable, we can refund the missing items instead. |

Free Delivery |
| 1. | Per order only one parcel will be free. |
| 2. | In case any of your Order requires two Parcel to be pack then the second Parcel woud be chargeable if total Order value is less than 74.99€. Second Karton will be charged as per normal courier norms. Customers will be informed accordingly. |

We provide Delivery upto certain weight and if weight is increased by more than the permissible weight limit then we need to pack extra Parcel and normal fare will be charged for addional parcel. |
