Is IndianSupermarkt registered in Germany?

Yes. IndianSupermarkt is a registered Company in Germany as an Einzelhandel Unternehmen. IndianSupermarkt works as an online website which provides Indian Products in Germany. In the form of Indian Grocery, Products required during Festival celebrations, Kitchenware, Indian Home decor and Gift Items.

How would I know that my Order is confirmed?

After placing the Order the system would generates an Order No. for your Order. You would receive a confirmation E- Mail of your Order from IndianSupermarkt. 

What are the Payment Options available on website?

You can make Payments through PayPal , Credit Card, Debit Card. In case you don't have any card then you can choose Bank Deposit as an option where you can deposit money directly to IndianSupermarkt Bank Account with your respective Order No. of Order placed.

Is it safe to use my credit card or PayPal online at IndianSupermarkt.com?

We do not store credit card information on our website.8 Your credit card details is safe with our payment solution providers.

What would happen if a product is Out Of Stock after placing an Order?

We update the Product List accordingly on our website however in case of excess demand or supply the items can go Out of Stock. It is possible that your order may have items that are currently out of stock, in such cases it is our policy to ship out comparable alternatives. We may notify you regarding such changes via e-mail or call you in reference to them.

If you do not want any substitutes, kindly leave a note to that effect in your order instructions or once you receive our message you have 24 hours to let us know that the changes are not to your wish. If alternatives are not suitable, we can refund the missing items instead.

Does the Price of products inclusive of additional taxes?

All prices are inclusive of VAT. The amount displayed at the payment is the End Price of the product. Shipping charges would be charged extra.

What are delivery charges ?

Delivery charges are subject to weight of the total order placed. Refer to link Delivery Charges for further details.

How long will I take to receive my Order?

We make every effort to process your Order as early as possible. We would take 2 to 3 working days to deliver your Order within Germany.  In case of any delay if due to some circumstances we would keep you updated.

How my Order would be shipped?

All IndianSupermarkt products would be deliver to you via DHL to your provided shipping address.

Can I change my shipping address after placing my Order?

Once we receive an Order we take approx. 1-2 days to process your order before handing it over to shipping country. If you make a request for changing to new shipping address, we can try to append your request when the handling process still lies to us. Once the product is handed over to shipping company then we would regret for not helping you. Please contact us contact@indiansupermarkt.de for any changes and we will send you a email reply to confirm whether we can make changes or not.

What happen if my packet is deliverable?

After we handed over your Order to the shipping company then the shipping company will attempt delivery 2 times at the delivery address specified by you in the order, before they contact us that your package is not deliverable. If you have not received the package, you can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undelivered please call the shipping company at their local number and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

Here are some reasons why your package may be determined undelivered:

Incorrect Address: IndianSupermarkt does not take responsibility if the delivery address provided by you is incorrect or invalid. If a package is returned to us because the address is incorrect or outdated we will consider the order status as close, and no refund will be issued. Please carefully check to make sure that you have supplied a current and correct shipping address.

Not being available at address at the time of delivery: In such cases the delivery boy of shipping company would try to give your order packet to your neighbor and take details and signature of respective neighbor on a receipt/slip and drop the slip in your letter box for you to be informed. You can then collect your Packet from your neighbor. Else in case the Order Packet would return back to your nearest Packet shop and address of the shop would be mentioned on the receipt/slip which will be dropped in your letter box by the delivery boy.

Refused by Recipient: If you are sending a gift to someone and they refuse to accept the package because they think it is being sent to them in error, then the package will be returned to us as undelivered. By informing your gift recipient that they should expect a package you will help us ensure that they receive your gift.

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway)

Can I Change My Billing Address?

In order for us to successfully process your credit card, you must provide the billing address which is used for your credit card.

How Can I Modify My Order?

You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing / Review your cart. Once you confirm payment for the items in your shopping cart, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. You will need to contact us within 12 hours of placing your order for us to be able to confirm the cancellation. In case we have already processed your order you will be advised that the cancellation is not possible. As we aim to maintain quick turnaround times on our order processing, dispatch and deliveries, we may not be able to support your request unless it is received within the stipulated time frame. Cancellations are solely at the discretion of IndianSupermarkt.
